🚨WIN: Today we secured a unanimous 9-0 win at the U.S. Supreme Court in a case protecting the ability of Texas to handle compensation disputes under State law for any allegedly taken property. For as long as Texas has been Texas, it has recognized that property rights are crucial to a free society. Under the U.S. Constitution, such claims should be pursued under state law unless Congress has said otherwise. I’m pleased the Supreme Court agreed with us unanimously that citizens should sue under Texas law.

@KenPaxtonTX Good work! Any chance you're looking into the NGO's trafficking kids through our border? @idontexistTore
@KenPaxtonTX A rare 9-0!! Damn!! Not even activist Jackson dissented?? I need to read that opinion.
@KenPaxtonTX Ken, you lost this case. @IJ won it. You can tell because you asked the Supreme Court to affirm the 5th Cir. ruling below, but the Supreme Court *vacated* the 5th Cir. ruling. Compare your brief to the Supreme Court’s decision: ij.org/press-release/…
@KenPaxtonTX keep winning Ken!! what has Dade done to help Texans lately?

@KenPaxtonTX Way to go Texas! Setting the bar high once again! Protect your people now!
@KenPaxtonTX Excellent news. Now, respectfully, what’s going on with over 1 million voter registrations in the last month & 20,000+ are supposedly dead & why the hell can anyone register without an ID? I’ll tell you for certain, I refuse to live in a stolen, blue Texas & I ain’t moving.
