I think it's a willingness to accept that many of the schools in this situation lack adequate facilities and budgets. And it is in the department's interest to keep it that way, as tennis is not a priority. The coaches accept what they have and try to make it a great experience for their athletes.

20 years coaching college tennis. The thing that separates good players from great ones has nothing to do with their strokes. It's pattern recognition. The best players see the point 2 shots ahead. We've never had the data to prove it. Until now.

@mirrash7 That's a tough one because cost is subjective to potential users. However, you could have a primary option that maximizes the three factors to serve the largest group of users. And a secondary choice for users who lack price sensitivity. Enabling them to increase the other two.

@stefanjblos @mirrash7 HAR is human action recognition, a kind of coffee for stroke recognition. I have money and users. But reasons not to go for funding and publicity. I do have thousands of d1 matches to label from the same view point which will result in a high end trained base models.
