@Hermesparcels I’ve waited in for 3 days for a parcel with gates open and a mobile number to call on the door if the driver gets stuck, but still being told you can’t deliver my parcel? Then just drops a calling card on the ground rather than a letterbox?! Please sort this out!

@OpenreachHelp It’s been 40 mins now waiting to be contacted to an agent in my DMs and not heard anything. There’s a building full of people with no internet who keep getting delayed by OpenReach with no reason as to why. Please can someone get in touch

@EE shout out to Josh Jordan in the Walton-on-Thames store. Best service I’ve ever had and staying as a loyal customer for another 24 months. Ordered the phone I wanted in, stayed in touch throughout and was available to see me when we agreed.
