Don’t give up bro, it’s only February haha. Stop looking at the end goal because that will put you off. Instead you gotta set small goals for yourself. For example, today download this app (this is what I used when I was hella unfit in 2017) and just follow it. Another example is to make sure you drink a decent amount of water before each meal, and also eat slowly so that your body can register that you’re full. (You’d be surprised how much you can eat when you eat quickly, so take your time and slowly enjoy your food. Watch like 5/10 TikToks/reels/shorts before each bite or something like that) Buy scales and weigh yourself everyday to see your progress (don’t get discouraged if your weight doesn’t drop instantly, it will take time). It takes 2 weeks for something to become a habit so just do all of this for 2 weeks and see how you feel. Legit take a photo of yourself shirtless right now and in a couple months take the same photo and see the difference. This will help motivate you too. You’ve got this bro, I believe in you!
