Having a toddler is really good practice for being a PR consultant in reframing things. Don’t call it taking a shower after swimming class, call it fun splashes.
@KFILE One of the Jedi Mind Tricks I would use on my daughter when we had to be somewhere was "... do you want to leave now or in five minutes?" She would always choose the latter but it didn't matter because we were still on time, and it gave her a sense she had a choice. 😉
@KFILE Went through a phase in this house with teens where I had to call things mash-ups because casseroles are so disgusting and can never be eaten. But a chicken enchilada mash-up? Tasty!
@KFILE You're finally starting to see our value to the world, my guy.
@KFILE My toddler wanted ice in her water but my hands were full with the baby, so explained there is ice in there, but it melted. But don’t worry, it’s in there!
@KFILE it's not egg salad, it's an Easter special!
@KFILE Toddlers let you live out every single career you ever wanted as a kid: nurse, teacher, PR consultant, librarian, chef and my personal favorite: dance and singing coach. It's a WILD existence.
