@merschrod It’s hard to engage in dialogue when it starts at a 10. Love the message. But no one likes being yelled at when trying to explain something. Even if they use clumsy language. Another option…suggest a new turn of phrase Vs assuming stupidity and choosing the humiliation route

@MetropolisatMet while I am at it, why are your security staff not trained to engage with people who have intellectual disability? It’s very frustrating to attempt to communicate with them. They are unprepared to engage in respectful dialogue about navigating challenges.
