@JudicialWatch New law needs to be all results must be in by 9pm local Time. If a state offers mail in ballots then they need to set those due dates early enough to accommodate counting them. They should be due two weeks before Election Day and both parties supervise the counting.

@JudicialWatch Absentee mail in voting is an accommodation for a scheduled event. As such all mail in ballots should be required to be submitted and counted prior to polls closing on Election Day. Any delivered after the deadline should be discarded.
