I would prepare myself for college coaches to not always be truthful in the recruiting process, here’s an example:
I see prospects offered strictly through their film every day. It is the easiest and most effective way to get recruited.
How many sports writers who “evaluate” and are in charge of ranking prospects have ever actually played or coached? The ranking system for all sports is backwards.
Can we stop w the rankings for middle schoolers??
Pregame routine matters. What you eat, how you sleep, the music you listen to and how you warm up. The best pros have their pre game routines dialed in each time.
Baseball prospects: If your film/info isnt actively going out, how do you expect College Coaches to know your summer ball schedule? #hardquestions
If you were PERSONALLY invited to camp over the summer, by a program who is in contact and recruiting you, then you are in a great position. You should be preparing hard for it, because the ones who dominate will walk away w an offer.
You must be confident when interacting with college coaches. Quiet, passive tonality will get you passed over. SELL YOURSELF!

@JoshStraughan1 Agreed. Let kids be kids and worry about recruiting later. Putting a number on a 12-14 year olds is crazy, especially with how much growth they tend to make in 3-4 years. Focus on fundamentals and fun - then if they show they got the goods, worry about the next level.
