@JonSpurling1 Thought we had the best chances of the game, three falling to Jesus. I also add Walker and Stones missing through injury made City a better defensive unit, and maybe influenced Arteta selection of Jesus ahead of Martinelli or Trossard.

@JonSpurling1 Definitely. I love a good defensive performance. I remember being ecstatic about a 0-0 away draw to Torino in 1994, saying that we were doing what Italian teams had often done when playing away to English teams. My friend a Man Utd fan watching it with me had fallen asleep 🤣
@JonSpurling1 I was schooled in the same era and can still recall the famous back four not allowing opposition sides get to our byline to put in a cross or even into our penalty area. Very similar yesterday but with more tactical acumen and support from rest of the team, especially our wingers
