At no point have I ever said the GoR is iron clad. I’m saying the timeline of the espn agreement gives them leverage with the ACC today. That has nothing to do with the courts. And I’m still very doubtful a court wants to disqualify a GoR because it will have big ripple effects.

@ADavidHaleJoint I’m not worried about the ripple-effects… I only want what’s fair. There’s at least a 50% chance that the ACC has been lying about the reach of the GOR. FSU/Clemson and potentially others are willing to pay a significant amount of money to leave. The ACC is not the good guy.
