We had some downtime over the weekend caused by a problem with our domain renewal. This was fixed at 7pm UTC on Sunday 12th March. Most customers should not experience any problems today, but if you have any trouble connecting the Charlie website this morning you can... [1/2]

@marky_uk Hi Marky, thanks for your tweet. It's an expired cert caused by a DNS error - charliehr.com is resolving to http://80.82.116.60 ("This domain name has expired") but due to HSTS it goes to https://80.82.116.60 and that's where the expired cert error comes in 1/2

@JenniferWlodyka Hi Jennifer, sorry to hear you're still affected by the issue. Did you try the public DNS instructions? If one didn't work for you, try the other one - the steps are the same, just the DNS server IP is different (8.8.8.8 vs 1.1.1.1). Let us know how you get on.

@harrygthompson @Gateley Thanks for letting us know. You can try a local DNS flush but most likely the problem is with your DNS provider's cache rather than yours. I've shared some advice on setting up Google or Cloudflare DNS which has worked for me when my ISP's DNS let me down:
