@JohnConstas Any tips with shift work? It's hard working two days then two nights and it definitely messes with my gut. Shift work is terrible but I find there to be a lack of ways to deal with it.
@JohnConstas I once heard a dietary expert say if we can restore our digestive health to that of a toddler, this is when we can reach a regenerative state. Lousy foods many are introduced to as a small child is when many people start to lose the health of this organ.
