@JohnConstas Hmm, yes and no. Those are all important but spirituality is MORE important and can help people survive a lack of all the above. The terrible suffering in our world, the insanity of our media & culture affects us all spirituality +
@JohnConstas Don’t forget stress management. You could have all the above but if you have consistent high cortisol levels then none of the rest really matter. Your facing an early grave
