@JetBlue As a frequent flyer disappointed and sad with the news that it will halt routes to South America. Especially Bogota, Colombia!!! The capital city and important route. The prices and service are unbeatable. No airline will match Jetblue 😥💔 Which airline will step up?

@JetBlue Your customer service is terrible. You lost my wife’s bag with all of her clothes in it on a direct flight on Easter eve. Despite numerous calls, I have been unable to get an answer regarding its status from anyone of your team.
@JetBlue Maybe work on treating Mosaic 3 tier members better. Tried to upgrade to Mint with your Mosaic line. Couldn’t do it and your agent messed up causing us to lose our original aisle & window sea. They then gave them away even though we had already checked in. No points or any help.
