@JetBlue How the hell do you charge and collect payment from passengers and then delay the flight due to delay in equipment control deliver, are you freaking kidding me? And then you don’t provide alternate viable options, this is horrific, terrible service
@JetBlue JetBlue offers window seats for a higher fee. Customer accepts and pays extra for window seat. JetBlue changes seat to a non-window seat as customer boards plane. JetBlue declines a refund and steals the fee that was paid EXTRA by customer.
@JetBlue On hold for over 30 minutes, finally LINDA picks up, is not able to help and then just transfers me to the Spanish department, WTH? I should be on a vacation but instead spending my day trying to figure out how to get to my destination because you guys delayed your plane
