@JetBlue My family has had the worst most disappointing experiences with our last two jetblue flights. This airline has completely gone down the drain. It's disgraceful how you are conducting business these days. I never ever write on twitter/x but I signed in just to post this.

@JetBlue My flight is delayed due to delay in equipment control, this is ridiculous, how am I supposed to make my connection which is also on jet blue, and no customer service number
@JetBlue Thanks for screwing us over with the flights from Bogota to DC. First you changed the itinerary to make us stay one night in FT Lauderdale w/no explanatio. Then today you cancelled the entire return leg. Now we have to buy tickets on a dif airline when prices have gone up.
@JetBlue JetBlue seems to be cultivating an entire group of FORMER customers who detest JetBlue now. Maybe if the people JetBlue hires are the kind of people who did their jobs, then the customer base might actually WANT to fly JetBlue again. It's just bad business 101.
@JetBlue JetBlue offers window seats for a higher fee. Customer accepts and pays extra for window seat. JetBlue changes seat to a non-window seat as customer boards plane. JetBlue declines a refund and steals the fee that was paid EXTRA by customer.
