JESTER v0.6.11 is a major cleanup and control update across the terminal. Automation can now be configured per strategy, routed by venue, managed globally, and controlled in bulk, while stuck deployments recover properly and each mode shows the right controls.
Trading flows are now more reliable across manual, assisted, automated, batched, and close actions. Strategy stats, portfolio refreshes, conversation sync, Telegram, wallets, onboarding, permissions, and identity handling have all been hardened.
We also rebuilt the PnL card, expanded portfolio and strategy analytics, improved signals and chart controls, added unified position management, cleaner automation UI, better mobile navigation, and the testing and architecture work underneath it all.
These changes also apply to Oroboros.
JESTER is in a multi-billion dollar category.
We have the algorithmic and quantitative trading harness that controls compute, agents, risk, strategy, and execution.
Oh, and it can do all of it autonomously.

We pushed a very large update to Oroboros. Lots of large and small fixes.
Work is also underway on our analytics platform, and we hope to have that up and running ASAP.
Additionally we have been working on cleaning up our codebase in anticipation of expansion.
For those who are confused about what Oroboros is:
Oroboros is replacing the current JESTER Mini App. It is the new user-facing trading terminal built on top of the same JESTER engine, accounts, strategies, execution infrastructure, and backend systems we already use.
JESTER is not being replaced. JESTER is the engine underneath everything. Oroboros is simply the interface users will interact with for trading, position and portfolio management, strategy control, assisted execution, and automation.
The reason for separating it is fairly simple. Trying to force every part of JESTER into a single mobile-compatible Mini App is insane. Trading, research, analytics, backtesting, optimization, strategy creation, attribution, automation, and execution do not all belong inside the same interface.
They are different jobs, with different workflows, different layouts, and completely different levels of complexity.
A trading terminal should be clean, fast, and understandable on both desktop and mobile. A serious research and strategy-development environment needs significantly more space and depth. Compressing backtesting, parameter optimization, analytics, attribution, and strategy creation into the same interface someone uses to quickly open or manage a position is both impractical and bad product design.
So we are separating them. Oroboros will be the trading and execution application. Research, backtesting, optimization, analytics, and strategy creation pipelines will be exposed through another standalone application built specifically for that purpose.
It is still the same JESTER account, the same backend, the same strategies, and the same underlying engine. We are simply building different interfaces for different parts of the system instead of continuing to force everything into one increasingly massive application.
Oroboros is not a separate ecosystem, it is not replacing JESTER, and it does not have its own token. It is the replacement for the current JESTER Mini App and the next version of the user-facing JESTER trading experience.
JESTER is the engine. Oroboros is the TERMINAL (not an app).
Introducing Oroboros
Oroboros is the first standalone product built on the JESTER engine.
It uses the same JESTER accounts, backend strategies, execution infrastructure, and trading engine we have been building for years, packaged inside a purpose-built trading terminal.
This patch we basically rebuilt the app around the new editorial design, flattened and cleaned up the major pages, simplified navigation, tightened mobile layouts, and made Agent, Trade, Settings, Stack, Signals, Analytics, PnL, and Autopilot all feel like parts of the same product.
We also expanded Autopilot with inline chat, clearer setup and controls, improved daily mandates, better readiness checks, and safer scheduled execution. Mesh contracts are now single-target, evidence-backed, isolated, and much stricter about what can actually run.
Under the hood, we hardened API access, queues, provider requests, session handling, trade confirmations, strategy caching, risk checks, halts, retries, batch fills, and execution state. There are also new analytics views, external API key management, cleaner activity logs, clickable manual positions, and a long list of fixes across strategy discovery, previews, charts, trade tickets, and mobile navigation.
So, mostly: a major interface consolidation, a safer execution layer, and a much more complete Autopilot and Mesh system.
Not finished with the UX yet. But we are making significant steps in the right direction.
NEW: Tesseract
Charts have one glaring issue.
They are almost entirely built from the past.
Candles show what price did. Volume shows what already traded. Indicators are usually calculations performed on that same historical data.
The market also exists in the present, through live participation, trade flow, volatility, and pressure. And it has an implied future structure, through the liquidity already sitting in the order book.
Tesseract brings those three views together.
Past. Present. Future (implied).
It combines chart and price-action data with live market activity, trade flow, and order-book liquidity into a single frame of reference.
But the larger difference is how that information is organized.
Traditional charts are built around time. Price moves from left to right, and we study what happened over the last five minutes, hour, day, or week.
Tesseract removes time from the primary axis completely.
The reference point is price itself.
Instead of asking, what happened at this time?, Tesseract asks, what conditions exist at this price?
Where has the market built acceptance?
Where is participation increasing?
Where is pressure building now?
Where does liquidity suggest the path ahead may be open or contested?
Tesseract compresses that information into five conditions: Drive, Heat, Mass, Flow, and Book.
Together, they create a live field of market conditions across price.
This is what makes Tesseract fundamentally different from another chart or indicator. It is not simply adding more data to the screen.
It is taking data that normally exists across different tools, different time horizons, and different parts of the market, and bringing it into a single price-based surface.
From that surface, Tesseract can shape a draft trade plan with an entry, stop, target, and position size based on your selected risk and leverage.
You can change it, reject it, wait, or send it into the normal Jester Trade ticket and confirm the trade yourself.
Most platforms give you charts.
Others give you signals.
Tesseract is trying to build the layer between the market and the decision itself.
Past, present, and implied future market data, brought into a single frame of reference, organized around price rather than time.
While building the new @JestTech AI trade planner, I stumbled into a new way to display market data.
Most trading interfaces split apart. You have the price chart, order book, recent trades, volume indicators. In fact, the OG jester indicators were based around the idea of simulating as much of this data onto a candlestick chart as possible. Otherwise the trader has to mentally stitch it all back together.
I may have found a way to do the opposite.
Past resolution, present execution flow, and forward-looking liquidity, normalized into one visual field around price. Not an indicator, and not utilizing any classic charts of any kind.
The fun part is it displays it in a much simpler way, but it also includes significantly more data then is displayed normally on a single trading page.
Just need a name for it...
Left out the main visual until it's "complete"...
Model after model is dropping.
We are happy.
Why?
Because JESTER is a harness.
We get smarter every time more powerful LLMs are released.
We chose not to train our own model because frontier models already exist, and over time, they outpace specialist models.
Once frontier models stagnate, specialist models will matter more. But right now, the edge is data, harness logic, and filters.
$JEST allows our data, machine learning models, and harness logic to be used by any model, including frontier models.
That means $JEST can improve ad infinitum alongside the best models in the world.
In this way, we are aligned with xAI, Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta, and Llama.
Why compete with the best when we can harness them?
What's next?
Strategy improvement, agentic mesh tweaks, new chain and platform integrations (spot lovers rejoice), and maybe, just maybe, finally, some marketing.
If you're familiar with old JESTER, but haven't been keeping up.
It's time.
jester.trade
We just deployed v0.5.3.
Possibly our largest performance pass to date. Additionally, we have continued (and will continue) to improve the user experience.
One click agentic trading is performing well for users, and we are going to keep improving and iterating on this feature.
