Is it better to show a lot in the first couple of games and then just add a little over the rest of the year or is it better start slow to add more each game
@JerryGordonFB Defensively, we used as much of our scheme as we needed each week but tended to add on as we got better at executing things outside of our base. Our blitz package always expanded as we figured out which blitzes our players executed the best.
@JerryGordonFB Defensively, like to put alot on film in the scrimmages, not that we use all of it each game, but want teams to have to take time to prepare for everything, taking away from time they have to prepare for our base stuff which we'll use 90% of the time.
@JerryGordonFB Always believe in getting the fundamentals and sticking with your core early doors then gameplan and wrinkle away throughout season
@JerryGordonFB Andy Reid starts 'slow' in the 1st four games, then starts building off the tape. I always thought that was a good plan of attack. Ensure you have a base, then throw in your curveballs.
@JerryGordonFB Start slow and add each game. Be ready for conference play which is last half of season
