🚨🚨🚨1/2 Last week, former Acting SecDef Chris Miller grabbed a number of headlines when he revealed that the January 6 Committee threatened him with additional demands for his testimony (and added legal fees), if he kept saying Trump authorized 10-20,000 national guard troops to protect DC, including the Capitol, on January 6. In other words, the message the J6 Cmte sent him was shut up or we'll bury you in legal fees and red tape. But I received a much more serious form of threat--testify to executive privileged discussions or else be held in contempt and get referred to USDOJ for committing the crime of contempt of Congress. I stood up to those threats and did not violate my duties. (As did Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro.) The J6 Cmte message to me was worse than the one issued to Miller: Tell tales on Trump or we will send you to jail (plus bury you in red tape and legal fees). 🚨🚨🚨
🚨🚨🚨2/2 But in the wake of my successful resistance to the January 6 Committee, the D.C. Bar's Office of Disciplinary Counsel took over the January 6 Cmte's struggle session against me, filing charges against me about one month after the January 6 Cmte held a public hearing trying to tear me down. *I need your help as the trial in that Bar case begins tomorrow in Washington, D.C.* **It's part of an effort to stop President Trump from being re-elected.** My threshold efforts to get the case dismissed (because the charges make no legal sense and because it is beyond the DC Bar's power to reach into the Executive Branch without violating the separation of powers) have not met with success. ***I ask for your prayers and your financial support as I keep fighting against the lawfare being waged against me as an honorable former federal official, all because I am a Trump supporter who questioned the 2020 election.*** givesendgo.com/jeffclark 🚨🚨🚨
@JeffClarkUS @julie_kelly2 Have you seen this, @JeffClarkUS? “Yet for whatever reason, what seems like it should be the biggest regime talking point of January 6 is instead its most carefully guarded secret.”

@JeffClarkUS Good to know. I was thinking he wimped out pretty easily.
@JeffClarkUS A man who was a hero as a Green Beret horse soldier in Afghanistan was threatened by these clowns?
I didn’t see where Trump authorized troops. But Secretary of Defense Miller testified that after a meeting with Mayor Bowser and Trump, that Mayor Bowser and Trump both expressed wanting troops present on J6, and that Trump told him to fill the order. Not to mention Capitol Police refusing assistance from troops as the protestors ascended on the Capitol building. The J6 committee accused treason….In my opinion is the exact act they they themselves were committing. apnews.com/article/capito…
@JeffClarkUS Make no excuses for witness intimidation! Strait to jail!
@JeffClarkUS Well the very FACT the J6 Committee hired an actual producer to spin the narrative speaks volumes! As Rep. Benny Thompson told the producer “It has to really pop”. Shameless‼️
