Went out for a trip and got the most liminal space photo I'll likely ever take. The store was open, just had limited power and they emptied every fridge. It was super dark. Shopping aisles by flashlight. Registers were up on a generator or something.

LOOOOOOK I made a game in @s8box, it took about an afternoon including creating the assets 🛩️ If you know Unity, you know this - simple as that. (I'll complete this and get it up to a playable state on s&box soon) @garrynewman

@egoraptor It's so good, I've been hoping for a way to output both screens external displays for recording. Currently only the main screen outputs but the device is so good it would only be an extra positive for it!

My favorite part of the Mario Galaxy movie is when the Nintendo characters came together and said "It's Nintendo time" and started Nintendoing all over the place. I really enjoyed the movie, it had so many references for any age to enjoy. I need that on Blu-ray when its out.

I'm still working on my x day of making the android ds game videos! Had a busy weekend and a lot of changes at work cutting into my free time but I'm on it!

Day 5 of making an Android Dual Screen (ADS) racing game inspired by Wipeout 64 (and the series in general). Today we change the track shape, fix the jagged areas and finally make the ship float up and down! Then I tried changing the camera but for now we'll leave it just following the player. DJI Mobile 8 is a GAME CHANGER for making short content. This thing follows you by tracking your position, it has feet, it extends, it's got a light, a joystick, a turn knob, buttons even. What more could you want? And it's not outrageously expensive! I'm super impressed with it and I love new tech. Happy to keep using this to make more content!

I did not even know this about Super Mario 64. I did not expect the bob-omb's to do anything to the chain chomp but it seems they really wanted to start the Mushroom Kingdom space program. This game really does still have surprises after all these years. Re-uploading after fixing those audio issues, not sure how they duplicated themselves like that.

Final part of the Animal Crossing Bootleg saga. I got the Gamebit screwdriver, opened it up and swapped the battery. Unfortunately this did not make it keep the time and the cartridge was never able to save anyway. I didn't expect it to not save, but I'm not surprised. I got this just to have a cool cartridge for display, but it is still disappointing. I'll stick with my non-bootleg GameCube version!

Day 1 of making an Android DS game in Unity. Inspired by Wipeout 64 we start off by making a simple placeholder ship for our player. Follow to see how the game is coming along!

Made a quick Unity tutorial on how to keep the UI selected which is especially helpful for controller input. If you click off the buttons/UI, by default it will deselect the UI. This makes the controller input no longer affect the UI. The New Input System has a checkbox on the EventSystem fixes that!

I got some bootleg N64 games, let's see what's on them.

@Phantom_TheGame I got a new concept. It's never happened before. We (you) make a game. We (you) shadow drop it with no marketing. We (me) profit from this. The game? Match 3 and the twist to make it unique? Dunno yet. You can make it up. I want this to be sarcasm.

I still can't believe this is the actual dialogue from the Elf Legend bootleg I found. I found a ROM hack of Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers 2 for NES that has the most bizarre translations I've ever seen. Watch the full video on the Red app.
