Mount Roraima is part of the Guiana Shield, one of the oldest geological formations on the planet. The tepuis, including Roraima, are remnants of a vast sandstone plateau that once covered the granite between the northern part of South America and Africa, before the continents split apart due to tectonic movements.
@JasonWilde108 Look at the fresh water pouring out of the top one in several places,it’s amazing how it makes it up that high.when we lived on a farm in Oklahoma it had a fresh spring,it was the coldest & best tasting water I have ever drank.🕊️🦅✌️🦦
@JasonWilde108 También llamado Macizo Guayanés. por cierto sr. Wilde, hay 2 localizaciones muy parecidas, una está en el oriente de mi país, son los Tepuyes y la otra en el Gran Cañón de Colorado
@JasonWilde108 I wander what you would see if someone used google earth or fly some kind of drone with cameras and lidar technology to see what is truly there in those high mountains in the clouds. Be funny if this was the real Mount Olympus that was talked about in Greek myth!
@JasonWilde108 Another INCREDIBLY old rock formation is the Palisades cliffs of the west side of the Hudson River in NYS. Not only that but there are areas in Connecticut where dinosuar foot print trails are in exposed rock. The Berkshire hills are nubs of mountains once higher than 20,000 feet
@JasonWilde108 something fishy about the satellite imagery in that area on google earth
