@AK_Gramm Lions were native to England until they were hunted to the brink of extinction with our bare hands, naked. In a an attempt to save them Darwin took a pair to Africa and sprayed them with lynx pheromone to encourage them to breed. To this day we celebrate at xmas with Lynx Africa.

@themagic_tophat I actually don't think we started out as physical. Our corners descended into more physical battles as teams fought to counter the good movement. I think there was a time where we got caught up in it and gave as good as we got and we've now adapted to being less physical again.

@AlbertBreer The stadiums operate under 2 different economic models. NFL stadiums have a scarcity model 8-9 games plus play offs if successful. So they build them bigger seeing as they are guaranteed to sell out and focus on multi-use / hospitality. Arsenal in contrast played 28 home games.
