@EastMidRailway you’ve started sending out automated delay repay emails, which is great, but the amount offered is incorrect. It appears to assume my single ticket was a return and is therefore offering 12.5% rather than the 25% I get when I claim it manually?
@EastMidRailway This is just the standard service we’ve come to expect from EMR. When is the government taking over your company? I’m sure you’re great people, you just can’t run a rail company.
