How would my daily schedule change if I did a little more of what I'm great at and a little less of what I'm not great at?
@JamesClear Or more of what makes me feel alive.
@JamesClear I will attempt answering this for myself privately with a slightly refined version of the question: Q: What small change should I make in my daily schedule to do a little bit more of what I'm great at and a little bit less of what I'm not great at?
Let me give it a shot: 😀 6:00 AM: Wake up and do some light stretching while listening to your favorite song. 7:00 AM: Cook and enjoy a nutritious breakfast. 8:00 AM : Start your workday by tackling tasks that align with your strengths. 12:00 PM: Lunch break time to refuel and relax. 1:00 PM: Continue working on tasks that you excel at, making significant progress. 5:00 PM: End your workday and engage in a hobby or activity that showcases your talents. 7:00 PM: Prepare and enjoy a delicious dinner. 8:00 PM: Spend time with friends or family, sharing your accomplishments and learning from their experiences. 10:00 PM: Wind down with a good book or a soothing activity before going to bed. 11:00 PM: Lights out and sweet dreams. focusing on your strengths can lead to increased productivity, job satisfaction, and overall happiness. Be Outstanding.
@JamesClear Trying to do some easy task to kickstart the day. It works
@JamesClear If I stopped replaying all the negative things and just focused on what I can control….. Yea. Habits that need breaking. My daily schedule would be less stressful.
@JamesClear It will be super efficient We need to leverage our strengths and outsource our weaknesses where possible
@JamesClear A constant question to meditate on. I realized I don't always need to be grinding. I could use the downtime to recharge my creative potential and give my all to my family. It'll be different for everyone. What about you?
@JamesClear Similarly, how would my daily schedule change if I did a little more of what I love and a little less of what I don't?
