270 Cloudflare Workers in production and the hardest part is not building them. It is knowing which ones are still alive. Built a control plane that registers every Worker, maps what calls what, and flags dead ones. Claude checks it before touching anything.

Love "Started isn't done." That line is stronger than "nagging," so lead with it. The process-state idea (needs you vs. waiting) is the real differentiator vs. Reminders. Two thoughts: 1) the hardest moment is remembering to start the item, so Siri/Shortcuts/share-sheet triggers would be huge; 2) refunds, returns and free trials are where people lose real money, and that's a stronger paid hook than laundry. Household sharing feels like the obvious Plus feature. Nice work shipping it. Feel like trying it out to.

Since everyone's on #2: after 30+ years of selling, here's the secret. It's math. If you close 5%, then 100 conversations = 5 clients. Every "no" just gets you closer to a "yes." Stop taking it personally.
