Take one example: a client claims her foot was broken in a domestic incident. Just ten days later, she’s caught on video jumping on top of a car—wearing flip-flops, no cast, no limp. Surveillance footage shows her walking, shopping, and carrying on normally, unburdened by any injury. But Susser tells the judge: “Don’t believe the video. Believe her words.” This is the fraud passed off as protection. This is the theater that replaces due process. And this is how innocent fathers are separated from their children—by design, not by accident.
