@powerhdeleon Sería lo de menos si los que "implementan soluciones" de front usando estos frameworks efectivamente los supieran usar. La ilusion que hayan leido la documentación de un framework o librería es tan real como que conozcan bien las APIs de Javascript vainilla, o sea nula.
