@usmntonly I feel like aside from NFL— if you’re putting effort into playing well at a sport they call you a “try hard”. Can’t run to first base, can’t put pressure on defense or you’re trying to hard. Weakest mentality to have in competitive sports, especially with all the talent we have

@td_nash A lot of people forget how terrifying Bonds was at the plate. The few pitches he saw were absolutely demolished. He was in a zone we are likely never to see again from a hitter. Say all you want about juice, but nobody else could do what he did.

@SinCityRoto @BNightengale Let him work through it. Giving him a few ABs here and there is not gonna do anything to develop him. The team is already in the dumps, what can it hurt to give him a regular spot in the line up
