@BritishGas @hive Just been hung up on by customer service. Waiting on a refund for a faulty EV charger that broke in September. Being passed from one department to another - zero interest in helping. Appalling customer service, which is your reputation.

@WayfairUK Terrible experience today. Delivery booked, carefully timed to coincide with a house move. Email 7.27am to say it’s not coming. Customer service just say all deliveries (even booked ones?!) are estimates. We only bought the furniture because you said it would arrive!

@BootsUK Your Xmas click and collect service is a horrible joke. Cynically blaming @RoyalMail, goods leave warehouse on YOUR trucks and then disappear for anything up to 9 days with no tracking nor update. Website claims three day delivery. Ridiculous.
