Bought expensive leather boots from @dsw_us, this is how they came. One pair has dog hair all over them, they're scuffed, & the leather looks rubbed raw. The other pair has gouges & scuffs everywhere. Looks like an animal ate them and they got run over by a car. So disappointed!
Really disappointed in my @Kohls experience today. Drove to Kohl's to return an item I purchased online, just for them to tell me they couldn't return it using the receipt that came in the package with it. Wasted a trip and left confused as to why they couldn't handle the return
Extremely disappointed in my @cvspharmacy pick up order. The condition of this is unacceptable. It's really disappointing that you use buy online pick up in store as a way to get rid of your unsellable damaged items.

Hi @ATTHelp, your software update removed my texting add on again. I had the $4.99 prepaid 200 message add on. Before the update I had 190 messages left. After the update my add on was removed. Please credit my account and fix this issue, it happens every time there's an update.
I don't know what kind of fragrant liquid was all over the inside of my @FamousFootwear bag, but it dyed my fingers red and is quite stinky. Absolutely disgusting! 🤢🤮 I probably don't want to know what the liquid was that got all over me while opening the package.
I guess this @dsw_us in store coupon doesn't work in store? Store associates first told me I can't use this coupon because it doesn't have an end date. Then they told me I can't use the in store coupon in store because their Mega Sale items are already on sale.
Thanks @dsw_us for canceling an item in my order causing it to cost me more for the shoes because I no longer had 2 items so you took away the 30% off 2+ items coupon I used. Not my fault you couldn't fulfill the full order. Literally always have an issue with DSW online orders.

Placed two DSW orders and @dsw_us sent me two beat up pairs of shoes 😭 The boots came in a large beat up generic box, unwrapped, with crooked studs, and all scraped up. The flats came in a taped up box, with crooked studs all scrapped up. Even the strap is scraped up.
So the @dsw_us shoes I received in the mail are ticketed at a lower price than what the price was listed at online... Can you please adjust my price accordingly?
