@joshmanders If a manufacturer, say BMW, decides that from now on all cars will be free - does it mean that it no longer has to maintain customer service, fix issues, and so on? If a business declares it's free / open-source - customer relationship remain as is no matter what.

@amritwt Will take another while till ppl figure out that using LLM (from manufacturer) directly is the only wise way. So expect Claude and Co to shut down relatively quick as well.
