InterVal’s framework integrates global standards such as the RICS Red Book or the IVS, in addition to other recognised property standards like the IPMS, ICMS and so on. Further, it also includes specific IFRS requirements for financial statement reporting.

In Interval, the valuer can perform any type of valuation on a wide range of assets, and create automatically a valuation report fully compliant with the RICS Red Book.
Interval was not only developed with the objective to provide an IVS & RICS standard perfect solution, but also with the idea to simplify the valuation process and give valuers an easy to use management tool to carry out their valuation projects. #RICS #Valuation
Interval follows first and foremost RICS Red Book Global Standards. Consequently, the solution is articulated around the mandatory professional & ethical standards, the valuation technical and performance standards, and the valuation practice guidance & application.
The terms of engagement (or Scope of Work) should convey a clear understanding of the valuation requirements and processes. With Interval, the valuer can generate the Terms of Engagement for one property valuation in a few minutes, covering all requirements of the RICS Red Book.
