The @8x8 solution is to channel everyone through Otto, their AI chatbot they value more than customers and partners. Then they have their outsourced sales reps call on the people in your address book. We're still trying to figure out how they got access to them.

@8x8 Good to see @8x8 innovating again, but they need to innovate their HORRIBLE support system. For a company selling communication, they took all of the humanity and actual resolution possibility out of it. Chatbot from HELL, outsourced help that takes 30min to verify a person. HELL

@xxdesmus @eastdakota @Cloudflare It finally stopped around when you responded. If you had anything to do with it, thank you. I was able to confirm from our upstream providers it was coming from the 8.6.x.x network. I will send logs when I get them.
