@SluggerflyDev Hello, I was about to buy the game for SRG, but they mentioned it still needed a update to play. That is fine, but how big is the file for that update? Is just like 500 MB, or basically do I have to download the full game even with owning the cart? Thanks!

@eastasiasoft Continued; Yes, you can boost, but it burns in 4 seconds and takes 20 seconds to recharge. Also, you can burly even tell when you take a hit. This reminds me of the past few games I bought from you guys, starts easily enough, then gets infuriatingly difficult very quickly.

@eastasiasoft I just bought this. Why are the menu controls hyper fast and the in game ship as slow as a tank? I've exited a stage many times when I just wanted to retry it. Also, the difficulty balance is all over the place. Some stuff is near impossible to avoid given how slow you move.

@SEGA Will you guys ever port Dreamcast games to the Switch, PS/XB? Games like Skies of Arcadia, Toy Commander, etc. I'd buy both of those games in a heartbeat if they were available. I'd happily buy physical copies as well, like a CE Skies of Arcadia.. Thanks and take care!

@PremiumEdition1 @UnboundCreation I got Phoenitopia yesterday. The cardboard cover is beautifully done and the inner cardboard sleeve a nice touch as well. Although the game case and insert somehow took some minor damage, nonetheless I will definitely be ordering from you guys again in the future, thanks!

@DCUO Hello, I heard about some artifact reset thing coming if you logged in during the time a bug was breaking your artifacts through without us knowing or something.. so how do you know if the glitch happen? and if it did, is my artifacts going to get reset soon? Thanks.

@Celtics_fan78 @DCUO According the forums, it is still coming, but got pushed into early 2022.

@TfRealCaution @Celtics_fan78 @DCUO They do have plans for a graphics upgrade next year for PS5/PC. However, the most they can honestly do is a HD texture overhaul across the whole game. Anything more than that would require rebuilding the entire game on a new engine from the ground up, which is unlikely to happen.

@DCUO Hey guys, I noticed the last week of the bonus rewards are a bit empty compared to the previous weeks. Would it be possible to add source marks to the last week to make up for us losing out on the vault and free source mark with the old daily log in reward? Thanks!

@DCUO Thanks, however I logged in today and my account was credited with the 500 DBC. But when I went to thank the support lady, she told me that the bug has not been fixed yet and I should refrain from making any purchases of DBC until it has been resolved. So hopefully that's soon.

@rainbow_wisp @DCUO Unfortunately those hurdles are put in place on purpose, they want you to spend money/be a member. However they are working on changes for the future of the game/membership. That may include making the game easier on premium and free to play players. Hopefully at least.

@DCUO I gave it some time as I thought 12 hours is a little soon, it has now been 4 days since the bug was acknowledged and I still do not have the DBC that I paid for.. That is 4 days that I could have also gotten additional stabilizer fragments from being premium as well.

@DCUO Someone please help? Your support person acknowledged my DBC was bugged, I told her I just want my DBC credited to my account not refunded, instead she asked me about what premium is while not fixing my problem that she acknowledged was a problem.. 12 hours ago. Anyone, please..

@DCUO I am aware of that, while my purchase went through, I did not receive my DBC in order to spend it to become premium. That is what I am trying to get resolved, but the person helping didn't even know what premium was in DCUO. That made me concerned about if they can help me..
