Look for a few more PBF articles coming out in journals soon as we move to articles about state funding and financial aid. (5/5)
The key takeaway: It seems like PBF policies may have yielded a modest boost in earnings among students who were already enrolled when the policy took effect. After that, it faded out. (4/)
