@orihamaru @dailynotreally Technically Ronova did not start the cataclysm. If anything, Rhinedottir (now the Ruler of Life) played more of a part in the cataclysm than Ronova did since she is one of the five sinners who was responsible for the whole thing.

(2/2) If Varka is around the same age as Crepus and Seamus, then Jean must be in her mid to late 20’s. Now, I’ve seen some people think Lohen is in his mid to late 20’s too, but I don’t really see Jean referring to someone near her age as a “kid”.

@mitch_sykes97 @soh_toa Rerir showed doubt way before the news about Tholidis. He only took action when it finally affected him, when someone HE loved was on the chopping block. Though I don’t believe he is an evil person, I can agree with Vedrfolnir here that Rerir is somewhat selfish.

@soh_toa @aikaakahito I believe Rerir’s backstory is a good representation of the quote “The road to Hell is paved with good intentions”. He is a super complex character that makes us reflect on our own moral values and the actions of people who have been placed in similar situations in real life.

@aikaakahito @soh_toa I disagree. He was perfectly capable of stopping at any time but only chose to do when Tholindis was involved. I don’t believe Rerir was some blind follower of King Irmin. His actions tormented him. Which means he knew what he was doing was wrong.
