All bread should list how much gluten it has. Gluten is addictive just like nicotine, caffeine, or even morphine. gluteomorphine is produced when you eat bread. Just like caseomorphine is produced when you eat dairy. Older styles of bread had less gluten. Sour dough even ferments some of the gluten away. But now a days bread companies even ADD gluten. Take a look at your package of healthy “Dave’s killer bread” The addictiveness is why you eat when you’re not hungry. You’re not craving food at all but a dopamine hit. Rice doesn’t induce an opioid response. So until safe alternatives are found for bread. Just eat rice instead and skip the growth formula that is dairy if you’re overweight. Also overeating this stuff will spike your blood sugar creating a blood sugar deficit 3.5 hours later. Creating another component of the vicious cycle. I’ve found that anything over 40-50 grams fo carbs per meal creates an imbalance also.

Actually my weightloss journey is just tricky ai… in reality I’m 500lbs and barely mobile . To pass the time and to feel some since of notoriety im faking my weightloss journey. Always 2 steps ahead… all my past fat images of me that you never seen before are just me as I am now. And my thinner images are just old… that’s why they look younger.

I never considered myself allergic to wheat, dairy or even processed sugars. But when I don’t eat those things my inflammation disappears… and now when I go crazy and off plan I wake up with a stuffy nose, and warning signs of gout. I used just live with achey joints and thought it was just because I was fat. My hunch is everyone is resistant to the absurd amount of gluten in modern bread, and most adults are resistant to lactose also. If nothing else these things make you fat.(they literally contain morphine) Get rid of them to gain eating intuition.

When I think back on all my successful diets with the exception of ephedra in 2003. None of them did I eat bread and only on atkins did I eat dairy. Never had a successful diet eating calories in the 2000-3000 calorie range… it was like there was an invisible trip wire, when I tried to eat a moderate calorie diet with flour and dairy my appetite would take over and I was doomed every time. This is the first moderate appetite satisfying diet I’ve ever been on, but I had to eliminate 95% of my dairy and wheat. Sometimes I have burger king maybe once a week. Deal with it. It may be slower, but it’s a comfortable boring (Low effort) diet. The tortoise will eventually get to his destination.

Milk is a growth formula for babies… so unless you want to grow more, the first thing you should eliminate is dairy. Losing weight pretty easy over here… feeling bad for the people who don’t think to eliminate opiates while dieting.
