Respected Sir @cbic_india @mumbaicus1 @accsahar @mumbaicus3 @FinMinIndia We filed the above BE No. 7269497 on 09.08.23, and due to a system issue, we are not able to check the query online, same we able to see it after 48 hours to APR on 11.08.23. We replied to the query on the same day. Again, we got the query on 11 08.23, and we replied to the same after that they raised 2nd query we reply at the same time but even with all the clarification, they ask for Rs.1,50,000/- amount for clearance as we refuse to pay the amount. Know they are doing harassment through unnecessary queries, after 7 days they are asking for LMPC, EPR, 100% examination & BIS certification in which LMPC & EPR we have & we don't have any issues with 100% examination & our product doesn't come under BIS category. As we are doing fair business since 2018 from Mandideep now we shifted to JNPT for saving our lead time but this type of activity create harassment & not allow us to do business in an easy way.
