Just now I checked in @AkasaAir X Timeline and found that many other passengers have also complained about this. How can a National Airline is allowed to flout rules? Isn’t this illegal?? @AkasaAir must pay penalty for not following the rules.

Dear @DGCAIndia Why @AkasaAir doesn’t allow Web Checkin until we purchase their Seat and Add Ons? Is this Web Check In for the customers or for the Airlines so that they can extract more money from the customers?? Like other Airlines pls instruct Akasa also to follow rules.
