This is a beautiful park that is only 25 minutes from our house. After discovering it on the AllTrails app and seeing the beautiful pictures and reviews - we decided to go. After seeing the awesome boardwalk and tons of chickadees and ducks - we went twice more that week.

I used over 15 parks this summer, either for hiking or camping. These parks are treasures belonging to ALL of us and held in trust by our government for generations to come. They are not to be privatized sold off or closed. I am deeply offended by this government's choices.
