@MattressFirm After pursuing your company for weeks for your 10 year (Run Around) warranty & sending pictures on TXT ,email etc several times, still the story continues & am offered partial Credit to buy another Mattress from your store !! Really? After this horrible experience?

@MattressFirm Is Customer service rep,Stenio Joseph going to reply ever? Sent him several emails with more pictures as requested. Is normal practice not to reply to a customer with faulty a mattress? Chasing warranty after submitting everything has been a horrible experience.
