BREAKING: DOJ says it's intensifying its crackdown on "birth tourism" following the Supreme Court's birthright citizenship ruling. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche says the practice is a "booming industry" and argues people who travel to the U.S. on tourist visas solely to give birth are violating federal law. He says the Justice Department will coordinate with the FBI and Homeland Security Investigations to target those cases while the administration continues its broader effort to restrict birthright citizenship abuse.
