@RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva @RailwaySeva, please explain the reason for this rerouting and the accountability for such a huge delay.

@RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva At this point, I genuinely want to know: if a ticket is sold based on a published schedule and the journey is subsequently altered so drastically, can this amount to misleading a passenger under consumer protection/service rules?

@RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva Train 15049 Purvanchal Express was scheduled to depart Kolkata at 2:35 PM and reach Gorakhpur around 9:25 AM the next morning. That was the schedule shown while booking my ticket.

@RailwaySeva train number 15049 purvanchal is delayed and as passenger we are suffering bcoz of your railway decision. The train path is diverted and this information was not shared ahead of boarding. Extremely disappointed with the delay in my train journey.

@RailwaySeva Passengers have already planned their schedules around the given timings, and such delays cause unnecessary inconvenience. Requesting the concerned authorities to please ensure the train reaches the destination on time and avoid any further delay. 🙏

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup Thank you jio for providing me this excellent service. This is same speed I used to receive in 2019. The consistency is peak. 5g network is full still the speed is slow but every 6 month the recharge amount is getting upgraded

Train no. 12556 Gorakhdham Superfast Express is running excessively late. Scheduled arrival at Gorakhpur was 10:00AM but now it's showing at 12:30PM. This delay is causing inconvenience to passengers. Please look into the matter & provide an update. @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva
