Nursing has never known the power that comes from true unity, nor what such power would be capable of – but it would be a force for good. Governments don't relish this because If nurses spoke with one voice, the power emanating from such a workforce would move political mountains
The @theRCN is witnessing a groundbreaking shift as nursing staff unite for change, organising & speaking with one resounding voice. This unity possesses an unprecedented power for good, challenging governments & reshaping policies. If nursing staff within the RCN stand together, their collective strength will indeed move political mountains.
@Hughmckh Pay vital, a constant in🌐health funding formula. Post AfC, if P2K was 'pivotal' for #Nursing then how to negotiate the transformation of health & social care, amid the demographic trough? Not just 'us' but the whole careforce: #Education #HealthLiteracy hodges-model.blogspot.com/search?q=preve…
@Hughmckh But it won’t happen. There is no unity sadly. We continue to be apathetic or roll over and have our tummy tickled.
@Hughmckh Agreed , but what would the unified voice say? Nursing has recently fallen to the progressive Social Justice movement. In doing this it substitutes virtue signalling for serious thinking about improving care.
