He likewise emphasized that every bill approved by the House carries the hopes of millions of Filipinos seeking a better future. As of 3 June 2026, the House has already transmitted 229 measures to the Senate and has also approved 26 of the 52 priority measures endorsed by the Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) on third and final reading. The House adjourned sine die the First Regular Session of the 20th Congress.

The House adopted House Resolution No. 1093, commending Speaker Faustino "Bojie" Dy III for his stable, collaborative, and purposeful stewardship of the House of Representatives during the First Regular Session of the 20th Congress.

The House adopted House Concurrent Resolution No. 14, providing for the adjournment sine die of the First Regular Session of the 20th Congress of the Philippines not later than 12:00 am, today, June 3, 2026.

Speaker Faustino "Bojie" Dy III administered the oath of office to Hon. Elmer Catulpos as representative of 1 Tahanan Party-list.

The House authorizes all committees to conduct meetings and public hearings, if deemed necessary, during the sine die adjournment.

The House approved on second reading House Bill No. 9584, providing for the Revised Cooperative Code of the Philippines.

The House approved on second reading House Bill No. 7613, declaring the fourth Thursday of November of every year as "National Thanksgiving Day."

Voting 297-0-0, the House approved on third and final reading House Bill No. 9377, or the proposed "Constitutional Education Act," which would strengthen civic education by integrating the study of the Constitution into the curriculum of basic education and institutionalize the observance of Constitution Day in schools.

Voting 297-0-0, the House approved on third and final reading House Bill No. 9358, strengthening the Department of Education, amending for the purpose Republic Act No. 9155, otherwise known as the “ Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001.”

Voting 292-3-0, the House approved on third and final reading House Bill No. 9048, strengthening the right of government to expropriate lands for socialized housing.

Voting 297-0-0, the House approved on third and final reading House Bill No. 9466, converting the National Feeding Program into a National Nutrition Program by expanding its scope and coverage, and enhancing its support mechanisms, and appropriating funds therefor, amending for the purpose Republic Act No. 11037, or the "Masustansyang Pagkain para sa Batang Pilipino Act."

Voting 294-3-0, the House approved on third and final reading House Bill No. 9305 or the proposed "Komprehensibong Alalay Sa Livelihood, Inflation, Negosyo At Goods Assistance (KALINGA) Act," institutionalizing a national emergency response and resiliency framework and granting emergency powers to the President o the Republic of the Philippines, creating for the purpose the "KALINGA Program" to ensure economic stability, energy security, and continuity of essential services.
