Can confirm. They simply said that "Donovan Mitchell wasn't as great a rookie as most people believe" because rookies shouldn't just carry an extremely limited offense to the 2nd round of the western conference playoff, but they should be efficient while doing so.
We have not said Mitchell isn't impressive, or won't improve. We've said, his statistics, last season, were below average.
