used to work solid 10-12 hour days during the week & at least 5-6 on each weekend. I'm glad it helped me get to where I am today (and maybe I'm biased for what I'm about to say bc success paradox) but I will never do it again [and would advise against it]

you don't need to grind like crazy to build something of value. while, yes, I was taking advantage of time I had at the time (and was willing to sacrifice), what were those extra "hours" really doing
