Must possess the ability to learn and present Preferred Home Healthcare Services marketing material to perspective accounts.

Must be able to read, write and maintain simple records in English.

Must be able to hear and speak in a manner understood by most persons, Must be able to travel to prospective referral sources.

Functional Abilities: Must possess prioritization skills; be self-motivating and accountable.

Implements marketing plan staying within established timetable. Reviews, evaluates & records the analyses and plans on an established basis.

Marketing Plan: Develops a daily marketing plan that meets set objectives and goals, with identifying priorities and a reasonable timetable.

Provides periodic reporting to the Administrator and Attends all meetings as assigned.

Provides presentations to agencies to inform them of Preferred Home Healthcare Services.

Screens patients at facilities or home for service delivery.

Maintains client/company relationships via on-going account management and mitigation of relationship concerns.

Develops accounts via “cold calls”, referrals and visits. Addresses agency or patient concerns to reduce churn.

Analyzes the potential of his/her service area to determine target accounts; develops marketing strategies and referral projections.

At least 3 - 4 years of marketing/account management experience required; experience in a health-related field preferred (cont)

Qualifications: Baccalaureate degree required, Nursing experience preferred, At least 2 years of supervisory experience (cont)

The Marketing Director is responsible for marketing and account management. He/She reports to the Administrator.
