@discord_support @discord_support account in question - he does have the recovery phone number for it. The recovery email address for the account was changed and he has no way to mobile recover the account.

@BlizzardCS @Warcraft Please help purchased a boost cannot unlock my character! Ticket Number: US107850411 Massive pain trying to get a resolution to this GM response was to click lock. Clicked lock and it opened up shop to purchase a boost. Purchased boost - does not work.

@BlizzardCS Can you please look into the ban on Eyehat#11282 - he was running his alt through RFC has never utilized any hacking programs and got banned for utilizing hacking programs. This sets a horrible precedent for people coming in and wanting to play this game.
