Shocked and devastated to learn of the passing of Brian McCardie. Brian was a brilliant friend and we had many discussions about mental health issues where he was a fantastic help to me. As well as that; he was a phenomenal actor. Sleep tight Brother.

I met with the Chaplain today and that was more difficult than I expected. Brought up some unexpected feelings. Also met my official case worker, she is a tough cookie, not sure how to feel about her. This is all, obviously, a roller coaster of emotions for me right now.
